1. Digital Products – No Returns

Because our email templates are digital products delivered instantly by download or email, all sales are final once the product is delivered or access is granted. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after the purchase is completed, as digital files cannot be physically returned.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

We may consider issuing a refund only in the following exceptional cases (and at our discretion):

  • Non-delivery / access issue: If you did not receive the download link or access email due to a technical error, contact us within [X days] of purchase so we can resend or fix the issue.
  • Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same product, notify us with proof so we can correct it.

3. What Refunds Do NOT Cover

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Accidental purchases
  • Dissatisfaction when the product matches its description
  • Incompatibility with your devices or software, if requirements were clearly stated before purchase
  • Templates that have already been downloaded, opened, accessed, or used in any substantial way

5. Processing Time
