- Copy the signature to the clipboard:
- Create a new signature by clicking New.
- Paste (Ctrl + V) the copied signature into the Edit signature section.
- (Optionally) Set the signature as the default for new messages and/or replies and forwards.
- Click OK.
If you use Outlook for Mac, the steps are almost identical, except for button names and keyboard shortcuts (e.g. use Command + V instead of Ctrl + V).
